Why we fill the whole village

These low per-person prices only hold when our group books the entire Welcome Valley Village. If the whole property isn't booked, everyone's rate goes up — so the more of us who go, the cheaper it is for all of us. Claim your cabin and help spread the word. And if we fill all 51 spots, extra lodging nearby is available through Ocoee River Experience — nobody who wants in gets left out.

Get your bearings

The Village

Here's the whole property — every cabin and wagon, the riverside pavilion, the bathhouse, basketball court, and trails, all tucked along the Ocoee. Find your cabin and see how close everything sits.
