Closed Guard — Elbow Trap Hub

Double Sleeve Grip

What To Think About This Week

The Lesson

This week the technique count is down to three. Use that space. Spend time feeling what the elbow trap actually does to your partner's ability to move. Notice how their options narrow the moment that elbow is controlled.

By the end of this week you should be able to feel the difference between an elbow that is available and one that is not. That awareness is more valuable than finishing any of the three techniques. The techniques are the destination. The awareness is the road.
