Mount Top — S-Mount

S-Mount Attacks

What To Think About This Week

The Lesson

This week completes Month 3. You now have the full Mount Top system — Low Mount, Middle Mount, High Mount, and S-Mount.

The most important thing to take from this month is the connection between positions. Low mount advances to middle. Middle advances to high. High transitions to S-Mount. Each position feeds the next. Each submission threat feeds another.

Mount is not a place you sit — it is a system you move through. This month gave you the map. Now spend time on the mat learning the roads.
