Closed Guard — Tip Sweep Hub

Tip Sweep Attacks

What To Think About This Week

The Lesson

This week focus on the chain — not the individual techniques. The tip sweep, the elbow trap, and the armbars are not three separate things. They are one continuous conversation with your partner.

The sweep creates the reaction. The reaction creates the submission. The submission threat creates the sweep. Once you feel this loop you will understand why the tip sweep hub is worth hunting every time you are in closed guard.
